Milking Parlour

Tru Prime has got state of the art milking parlours for milking their animals. Technologically, milking parlours are quantum jump from the traditional system of hand-milking of animals.

In hand milking, semi-clean bucket is kept under the animal to milk manually with unclean hands in unhygienic conditions.  During hand milking, the milk goes into a wide-mouth open bucket, which invites unwanted. Particles from dung or urine can also get into the milk as the animal is passing dung or urine or by switching off the tail of the animals during the milking process.

In contrast, Tru Prime animals are brought into the milking parlour where animals are prepared for clean milking and strict protocol is followed to ensure hygiene, in everyday milking.  As a process of milking, the animal is cleaned with sanitizer and thereafter-milking clusters are attached to the teats to milk the animal.  Milk from the animal will go through stainless steel pipes and into the immediate chilling unit to preserve the quantity of milk.

The system of milking is unexposed to air, therefore, eliminating the possibility of flies, dung, urine or other particles to get into the milk.

Post every milking, milking parlour is cleaned by five cycles of a computer controlled cleaning process.  All the aforesaid processes ensure that every drop of milk getting into true milk is just pure milk and nothing other than the milk.
